Appointments and Cancellations

We reserve your scheduled time for you alone. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call our office at 916-918-1441 at least 24 hours before your appointment, and we will help you find another date that fits your schedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee, which we will disclose to you before your visit. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment or a purchase at our sole discretion, including for reasons of fraud, inaccuracies, clinical appropriateness, or unavailability, and we will refund any amount you paid for a purchase we cancel.
